Founded by Abby Qurraa, a medical aesthetician with over 25 years of experience, Permaskin is more than a beauty center — it’s a safe haven for clients seeking expert care, especially those overcoming personal challenges such as cancer, scars, or trauma. With locations in Woodbridge and Sterling, Virginia, we are proud to serve a diverse community through high-quality treatments, non-invasive technology.

We specialize in permanent makeup, medical camouflage, laser treatments, skincare, and advanced body sculpting— all delivered by licensed professionals using the latest medical-grade equipment.

Our academy is fully DPOR-approved, offering bilingual (English & Spanish) esthetics training and specialized certifications in scar revision, 3D areola, and oncology aesthetics. We are also proud to operate as a non-profit for cancer survivors and those affected by trauma.

About us;

Permaskin Beauty Center & Academy was founded by partners Abby and Yani with a shared passion for beauty, healing, education, and empowerment.

With over a decade of experience in the medical and beauty industries, they specialize in advanced esthetics, paramedical tattooing, skincare, and laser treatments.

Yani is a skilled Medical Esthetics Expert & Advanced Laser Technician, specializing in advanced skincare and laser technologies focused on helping clients achieve healthy, confident results.

Together, Abby and Yani also work through the PermaSkin Foundation for Breast Cancer & Special Programs, traveling internationally to provide restorative services, education, and compassionate care to communities in need.

Abby is an internationally recognized Master Instructor in Medical Camouflage & Paramedical Tattooing and a DPOR Certified Master Instructor, known for her expertise in restorative beauty and education.
