How many sessions will I need?
Hair grows in cycles, and the laser works best on hairs in their active growth stage. That is why laser hair removal is done as a series. Our full body package is 8 sessions, spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart. After your package, some clients like a few maintenance sessions to keep skin smooth.
How to prepare
Shave the area 24 hours before your appointment.
Do not wax, thread or pluck for 4 weeks before treatment. The laser needs the hair root in place.
Avoid sun, tanning beds and self-tanner for 2 weeks.
Come with clean skin: no lotion, deodorant, oil or makeup on the area.
What to expect after
Mild redness or warmth is normal and usually settles within a few hours. Wear SPF, skip hot showers, saunas and workouts for 24 to 48 hours, and shave only between sessions. Treated hair sheds on its own over the next 1 to 2 weeks.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe a quick warm snap, like a rubber band. The cooling tip keeps it comfortable, and full body sessions go faster than most people expect.
