We watch your face move and mark only the muscles actually creating the lines you dislike. Expression you want to keep is left alone.
A small dose is placed
Tiny amounts are injected into those specific muscles with a very fine needle. We dose conservatively, because we would rather you come back for a touch-up than look frozen.
Movement softens
Over five to fourteen days the treated muscles relax. The lines they were creasing soften, and the skin over them gets a chance to recover.
The honest detail
Our approach to wrinkle relaxers is deliberately conservative, and the reason is simple: we want you to look rested, not treated.
What the session actually feels like
Fifteen minutes, start to finish. The needle is very fine and each injection is a brief pinch, four to eight of them depending on the area. No numbing needed for most people. You can go straight back to work; small red marks fade within an hour.
Why we underdose on purpose
Too little is fixable in two weeks. Too much is not fixable for three months. So we treat conservatively, review you at the two-week mark, and add a little more if you want it. Most clients end up somewhere they would never have reached if we had used a standard dose on day one, and a significant number decide the lighter result is exactly right.
What results actually look like
Movement starts softening from day five and settles by day ten to fourteen. Lines that appear when you frown go first. Lines already etched into the skin at rest soften more gradually, over months, as the skin stops being creased. You will still be able to make expressions; that is the point.
How long it lasts, and why that varies
Three to four months for most people. It wears off faster if you exercise a great deal, have a fast metabolism, or are treating a strong muscle like the frown line at a light dose. Treating consistently rather than letting it wear off completely each time tends to extend the interval over a couple of years.
Prevention, and being honest about it
Starting in your late twenties or early thirties does genuinely slow lines from etching in. It is also a commitment that runs for decades. We will tell you what we see in your skin and let you decide, rather than selling prevention to someone who does not need it yet.

- No alcohol for 24 hours
- Avoid blood thinners like aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and vitamin E for 3–5 days, only if your doctor approves
- Do not book if pregnant, breastfeeding or sick
- No facials, peels or laser for 48 hours before
- Come with a clean face
- Stay upright for 4 hours
- Do not touch or massage the area for 24 hours
- No makeup for 4 hours
- No hard workouts, saunas, hot yoga or facials for 24 hours
- Wait 2 weeks before other facial treatments in the area
- Mild bruising or swelling is normal; use a cold compress
