What we will not do
We will not sell you what you do not need
If your skin would do better with a good routine and three months of patience, that is what we will tell you, even though it earns us nothing today.
We will not overfill or overfreeze
Our injectors dose conservatively and ask you to come back for a top-up rather than going too far on the day. Movement is not a flaw.
We tell you what to expect

It began with women fighting breast cancer.
In 2018, Abby and Yani founded the Permaskin Foundation to help women after breast cancer, around the world, through areola restoration. In 2020, during COVID, we opened our first med spa in Woodbridge, Virginia, built on our medical background and the same gentle hands.
Today we have three locations and we are still family-owned, and every client is cared for the way we cared for those first women.
