RF Microneedling
with Exosomes
Smoother, tighter, more youthful skin.

RF Microneedling
RF microneedling combines microneedling with gentle radiofrequency warmth to build collagen and elastin deep in the skin. Fine needles create tiny controlled channels while the warmth tightens the deeper layers, triggering a powerful healing response.
We add exosomes during treatment and finish with a soothing EGF mask, so you leave with barely any downtime. It improves texture, acne scars, fine lines, dark spots and under-eye darkness.
How many sessions?
Most clients do 3–4 sessions, 4 weeks apart. Deeper scarring or looser skin may need up to 6.
Results
Changes start around 2–4 weeks and keep improving as collagen rebuilds.
What it helps with
In three steps
Tiny channels are created
Very fine needles make thousands of microscopic channels in the skin. Each one is a controlled signal to repair.
Warmth reaches the deeper layer
Radiofrequency energy is delivered through those channels into the dermis, where it gently tightens existing collagen and triggers new collagen and elastin.
Nutrients go straight in
While the channels are open we apply exosomes and finish with a soothing growth-factor mask, so the ingredients reach where they are useful and your skin calms quickly.

The honest detail
This is the treatment we recommend most often, because it does a great deal for a modest amount of downtime and it is suitable for every skin tone.
What the session actually feels like
Numbing cream for thirty minutes, then about twenty to thirty minutes of treatment. It feels like firm pressure with warmth behind it, and a prickling sensation over bonier areas like the forehead and jawline. Not comfortable exactly, but very manageable, and it is over quickly. The exosome serum and the cooling mask at the end are the nicest part.
What results actually look like
The first thing people notice, usually within a week, is that makeup sits better and pores look smaller. Around week three the texture change becomes obvious. Acne scarring softens progressively across the course, typically a forty to seventy percent improvement over three or four sessions rather than complete clearance. Firmness keeps building to around the three month mark.
Why we add exosomes
The microchannels stay open for a short window after treatment, and what you put on the skin in that window actually gets in. Exosomes carry growth-factor signalling that speeds the repair response, which in practice means less redness, faster settling and a better result from the same session. It is the difference between a good microneedling treatment and a very good one.
Microneedling or a peel?
They do different jobs and they pair well. A peel works chemically on the surface layers and is the better answer for pigment, congestion and dullness, with little or no downtime. Microneedling works below the surface, carries no pigment risk, and is the better answer for acne scarring, texture and firmness at any skin tone. Plenty of clients run both: peels through the year, a microneedling course once.
Keeping it
Most people do their course of three or four, then one session every six to twelve months. Because the treatment works by building collagen, the maintenance sessions compound rather than just holding ground.
